It started as a sideline business of the ‘Troiano’ family whom operated a retail chain of outlets throughout Melbourne. The retail businesses were progressively sold off and investments were made to broaden the Cinque property developments.

Our projects
The company/s has completed many projects mainly in the residential market. Predominantly, the projects have been conducted in the eastern areas of Melbourne. These areas include the suburbs of Kew, Toorak, Hawthorn, Canterbury, Balwyn, Doncaster and Templestowe. In view of the shortage of developable land, Cinque had expanded its locations to include Melbourne city fringe suburbs such as Fitzroy, Collingwood, Port Melbourne and a recent acquisition in Elwood.
The residential projects undertaken in the early years have been in minimum groups of six to ten dwellings in any one project. The gross realization being from $10,000,000 to $20,000,000. The company has grown significantly and now typically undertakes at least three projects a year, thus managing projects to the total average value of approximately $20M - $50M over an eighteen months to two year periods (please refer to the previous projects history list provided).
